This Privacy Policy describes how Pintera (“we”, “the App”), operated under the Kyerebrand brand at pintera.kyerebrand.com, handles information when you use our Chrome extension that connects to the official Pinterest API.

1. Who we are

Pintera is a browser extension that displays organic analytics for the Pinterest account you authorize. Contact: privacy@kyerebrand.com.

2. What the App does

After you connect a Pinterest account (OAuth access token), the App requests account and pin analytics from Pinterest API v5 and shows them in the extension UI on Pinterest pages. The App is intended for the account owner’s own organic metrics.

3. Data we process

• Pinterest OAuth tokens — stored locally in the browser (chrome.storage) so the extension can call the API on your behalf.
• Pinterest account & analytics data — username / business profile fields and metrics returned by Pinterest (for example impressions, saves, pin clicks, outbound clicks, top pins, pin list with pin metrics). This data is requested from Pinterest and displayed to you; it is not sold.
• Extension preferences — language and UI settings stored locally in the browser.

We do not ask for or store your Pinterest password. We do not intentionally collect payment card data through this App.

4. How we use data

• To authenticate with Pinterest API and show your analytics
• To remember your connection and UI preferences in the extension
• To respond to support or privacy requests you send by email

5. Storage and sharing

In the current experimental version, tokens and preferences are stored locally on your device via Chrome extension storage. Analytics responses are fetched from Pinterest and shown in the extension; we do not operate a separate analytics database for this App unless clearly stated in a future update.

We do not sell personal data. We may share information only if required by law, or with service providers strictly needed to host this website (DNS/hosting for pintera.kyerebrand.com).

Pinterest processes data under Pinterest’s Privacy Policy when you authorize the App.

6. Third-party services

• Pinterest — API authentication and organic analytics data subject to Pinterest terms and policies.
• Google Chrome / browser — extension runtime and local storage.

7. Data retention

OAuth tokens and local settings remain until you disconnect (clear token in the extension) or uninstall the extension. You can revoke access at any time in your Pinterest account security / authorized apps settings.

8. Your choices

• Disconnect the App in the extension popup (clear token)
• Revoke the App from your Pinterest account settings
• Uninstall the Chrome extension
• Email privacy@kyerebrand.com for privacy questions

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
